The shipping address cannot be a PO box. Acceptable written documents include purchase orders; purchase requisitions, company letterhead.

10)Returns
We accept returns if the merchandise is returned within 30 days of the ship date. Shipping Charges are non-refundable. Items that are returned must be in their original saleable condition in order to receive credit and should be returned via a shipper that offers tracking. Refunds and/or credits will be processed within 2-3 weeks from the time the return is received. Personalized/Custom/Engraved Items are not returnable.
